Our Big Boy

So, I'm sure all who read this have noticed it's been a while since I last posted anything. I guess we've just been really busy, doing what I don't know, but it seems like I just haven't had the time to sit down and write anything. So, I found time tonight to sit down and think of a few things to blog about.

Liam is getting his first tooth!!! That being the reason for the title of this weeks blog entry. His tooth is just starting to poke up out of the gum, the top is visible and you can feel the rough part where it is poking out. I had a feeling he was teething because he was drooling quite a bit, and he had a runny nose about two weeks ago. He never really ran a fever, but he has woken up during the night for the past few weeks which is not his norm. He hasn't been too fussy either, just here and there. So, our boy is growing so fast I can't even believe it. He has also rolling from his back to his tummy, but hasn't quite figured out how to roll from his tummy to his back yet. Which makes me nervous, because he likes to roll on his tummy in the middle of the night and sleep that way. So, we find ourselves checking on him during the night and having to put him back on his back to sleep. He is so fun and his personality is coming out more and more which is fun to experience.

Josh is still in the top 2 for the Biggest Loser. He has lost a total of 19 lbs so far weighing in at 171. I think he is in second place and still has about 3 weeks to go. Great job babe!!!

I had the opportunity to babysit Liam's babysitter's 2 girls this week for a day, and let me just say that we are so waiting quite a while before we have another baby. One girl is two and a half and the other one is one. Add Liam to that mixture and it made for quite a busy day. The girls were really good and it actually went better than I thought, but it was still so busy. Margaret, Liam's sitter, watches them all every Wednesday, so now I have so much respect and I am so grateful for what she does because it is seriously work. I have them again next Tuesday, but Josh is home with me so it should be just fine.
