Happy 8 month Birthday Liam!! Yes, today at 5:03 pm Liam turned 8 months old! He is getting so big. The reason for the title is because he has been cranky all day. He is getting 3 top teeth, so I'm sure that is the culprit. One has poked through, the other two are visible but have not poked through yet. He is still getting closer and closer to crawling. He is eating more solid food like those little puffs that dissolve, breads, bananas, and whatever else he can manage to gum. He is the joy and light of our lives and we love him so much!!
We haven't done too much to speak of lately, we've been staying in doors because the RSV and cold and flu season is upon us. Working in a Hospital, I know how sick kids can get and we don't want to take any chances. Just yesterday, we had to ship a 2 year old to Primary Children's because he had both RSV and Influenza A and he was one sick kid. We did go out to Dale (Josh's brother) and Eileen's for a visit on Monday night and that was a good time. Liam was a little shy at first, but he soon warmed up and loved playing and rolling around on the floor with his nephews. Louie their Jack Russel Terrier even got in on the fun. Liam didn't mind too much when he plowed into his face :0) We talked about our upcoming trip to San Diego in June and we are all so excited!! I am so looking forward to going someplace warm!!
Winter is so boring for us. We don't do any Winter sports and having a little one kind of puts a damper on going out a lot. I think we will all be glad when Spring arrives, as will Gus when he can finally get out of the house and out of my hair!!
Nothing else is new. Josh and I are both doing fine, just having a blast watching our son grow up. I just want to give a little shout out to my boys Josh and Liam. You two are my whole world and I don't know what I would do without you. Josh I love you so much and think you are such an amazing husband and father. Thanks! Liam, I never knew I could love someone so completely until I had you!! Love you both, Mom!!
