Catch Up

I have turned into a serious blogger slacker!! I'm not on the computer much these days, Liam loves to play with me and hates when I get on the computer. I can get on when he watches cartoons which we don't do too often, as I say this he is engrossed with Mickey Mouse. When I do have a spare 2 hours while he is napping, I usually do laundry and maybe take an occasional nap myself. Anyway...what is new with the Leatherow's you ask?
Liam is doing so great. He is talking more and more, every now and then he'll blurt out a new word and totally shock us all. He will be 22 months next Monday and the time is flying. His favorite foods are waffles and cocoa puffs and yogurt for breakfast; he loves tuna sandwiches and chicken nuggets for lunch; and for dinner he eats different things. Like last night we went up to my Mom's for our traditional Corned Beef and cabbage St. Patrick's Day dinner and he had his pizza, then he downed all of my Corned Beef that was on my plate and ate a whole can of pears. He's such a funny eater. He loves to play outside, in fact that is where we spent most of our time yesterday. It is so nice to have that little park in our backyard and such a great big yard to run around and kick the ball and just run around and be silly. He loves to give hugs and kisses, he is just such a sweet boy.
Josh and I celebrated our 5 year Wedding Anniversary on Friday March 12th. We actually went up to the Alaskan Inn on Saturday and spent the night, and enjoyed a terrific dinner at the Timbermine. Thanks to my Mom and Pete for watching and staying with Liam so we could enjoy some much needed time alone!! Josh is such a wonderful Husband and Father, I couldn't imagine sharing a life with anyone else in the world. He loves us so much as we do him, thanks for being so wonderful babe!!
We haven't done much to the house as far as updating goes, Josh did put new outdoor lights on the garage and on both the back and front porch. We are going to tackle painting Liam's room here soon. We are going to transition him into his Toddler bed, and when we do that we are going to buy him all new bedding and paint as well. We are going to make his room a little boy room. I hope all goes well with that transition!!
I guess that is all that is going on with us. Oh ya, I didn't post any pics because I need to figure out how to use my new camera that Josh got for me. It is pink!! So, once we learn all about it I will take some pics to post.
